Returns for individual customers

If you buy mainly for personal use, the consumer terms below apply and take priority over conflicting business terms. Anyone can buy from Bublshop.

Changing your mind

For standard goods ordered online, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receipt, then return or hand over the goods within a further 14 days. No reason is required. Contact sales@bublshop.co.uk or 01747 826900 with your order number.

Bublshop arranges collection; the customer pays the collection cost for change-of-mind returns. Estimated collection cost: £105 plus VAT per pallet (£126 including VAT), depending on the collection area. We confirm the exact charge before booking. Please contact us promptly so collection can be arranged within the return period. Pack the goods securely; retain the original packaging where possible.

We refund the goods and standard outward delivery charge when the whole order is cancelled. Any extra charge for premium delivery is not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method, with no administration or restocking fee. When we arrange collection, refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation. If you send goods back yourself by agreement, refunds are made within 14 days of receipt or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Installation or use may cause such a loss; it does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact Bublshop promptly. Where goods do not meet statutory requirements, consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject, followed by applicable repair, replacement or refund rights. Bublshop arranges and pays necessary return transport for a valid faulty-goods claim. A 24-hour damage-reporting request does not limit consumer rights.

Clearance prices and the absence or expiry of a manufacturer warranty do not remove your statutory rights against Bublshop.

Optional cancellation form

Send to Bublshop Ltd, Mere Road, Peacemarsh, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4EU, or sales@bublshop.co.uk: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add a signature only if sending on paper. You may also cancel using any clear statement.

Business purchases

The following terms apply only to purchases made mainly for business purposes.

Inspection and acceptance

Inspect goods on delivery and notify damage, shortages or discrepancies in writing with photographs within 24 hours. If no notice is received, goods are deemed accepted under the business terms. Bublshop may repair, replace or refund defective goods in accordance with those terms.

Business returns

Non-faulty returns are at Bublshop’s discretion and subject to a 10% restocking charge. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or credits follow inspection and approval. Installed, connected or used equipment is not accepted for discretionary non-faulty returns.

Business warranty claims

Goods must conform to their description and agreed specification and meet applicable quality requirements. Manufacturer warranties apply only where expressly provided and are subject to their terms. Contact Bublshop about faulty goods; repair, replacement or refund is handled under the applicable business terms. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
