Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery takes up to 3 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 6 working days in total.

These are estimates. For products not in stock, project lots or special delivery arrangements, contact sales@bublshop.co.uk or 01747 826900 to confirm the timescale before ordering. We will contact you if we become aware of a delay.

Delivery areas and charges

Standard online pallet rates are for UK mainland delivery. Northern Ireland and offshore deliveries require a separate quotation. Contact us for locations or quantities without an available checkout rate.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment, including applicable VAT. Heat pumps use pallet delivery rates; GivEnergy clearance products use pallet rates for up to six units per pallet. Project and container lots require delivery to be quoted separately. Please agree any separate quotation before placing an order.

Receiving your delivery

Please ensure the delivery location is safe and accessible. Delivery is to ground-floor entrance level unless otherwise agreed. Contact us before ordering if access is restricted or you need special arrangements.

Inspect the goods on arrival and tell us promptly about damage, missing items or incorrect products. Photographs and your order number help us investigate. We request reports within 24 hours where possible; this does not limit an individual customer’s statutory rights or mean that unreported faults are automatically accepted.

Individual customers

When Bublshop arranges delivery, goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or someone you nominate. If you independently appoint a carrier that we have not offered, statutory transfer-of-risk rules apply.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Delivery estimates and circumstances beyond our control do not remove your statutory rights concerning delays, cancellation or refunds.

For cancellations, faulty goods and return collections, see our Return and refund policy. Bublshop arranges change-of-mind collection at the customer’s cost: estimated £105 plus VAT per pallet (£126 including VAT), depending on area; the exact charge is confirmed before booking. Valid faulty-goods returns are handled separately.

Business purchases

For orders made mainly for business purposes, the business delivery, inspection and risk provisions in our Terms of service apply. Online delivery arrangements and any separately agreed quotation also apply. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
