The GivEnergy Giv-Bat 8.2 is a low-voltage lithium iron phosphate battery intended for compatible GivEnergy battery-storage installations. Its 8.2 kWh nominal capacity is suited to larger residential storage requirements, subject to a competent system design and full compatibility checks.

Compatibility and installation

This is legacy equipment and must only be installed by a suitably qualified battery-storage installer. Before purchase, the installer must confirm inverter generation, battery firmware, BMS, cables, connectors, communications and any required expansion-battery configuration. Do not assume compatibility with current-generation GivEnergy products.

Important warranty and support notice

GivEnergy Ltd entered administration on 9 April 2026 and ceased trading. The warranty shown in historic product literature is not available: no manufacturer hardware warranty, manufacturer technical support or manufacturer commissioning support is included.

GivEnergy software and cloud services are operated separately. Their continued availability, compatibility and support are not controlled or guaranteed by Bublshop. This battery is sold as clearance stock, in new and unused condition. This notice does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.

Delivery

UK mainland pallet delivery is £105.00 excluding VAT (£126.00 including VAT) per pallet. Up to six mixed units from this GivEnergy clearance range can travel on one pallet. Orders of 7–12 units require two pallets. For delivery outside UK mainland areas, please contact the office for a price before ordering.

Dispatch times
