The Viessmann Vitocal 200-A ie 10 kW Universal package combines a new-generation R290 monobloc outdoor air source heat pump with the V133 Universal Controller. Its flexible hydraulic arrangement makes it an option for appropriately designed new-build and retrofit systems.

Specify with confidence

The 10 kW size is a model designation, not the rated output at every test condition. The installer must assess heat loss, emitters, hydraulics, hot water storage and any additional accessories. The included magnetic filter must be installed in the heating return in accordance with Viessmann's requirements. Commissioning is by Viessmann Technical Service or a Viessmann-trained specialist heat pump contractor.

Manufacturer warranty

Standard cover is 2 years. Eligible installations can qualify for 5 years with approved-installer registration within 30 days, annual servicing and continuous internet connectivity. Ten-year cover requires a paid service plan. Full eligibility and warranty conditions apply.
